Everest Nova provides documentation preparation support based on materials supplied by clients and manufacturers. Clients remain responsible for the accuracy, completeness, rights, and regulatory suitability of supplied information.

Everest Nova may use AI-assisted internal tools to organize materials, identify gaps, and accelerate drafting. Outputs are reviewed by Everest Nova personnel before client delivery.

A classification selected during intake is a client proposal. Everest Nova confirms the working device class, dossier scope, and exact price before payment. If later information materially changes the classification or scope, Everest Nova will confirm any revised quote before additional work proceeds.

Everest Nova prepares documentation packages for client submission and does not guarantee regulatory approval. Approval outcomes depend on the product, evidence quality, data completeness, manufacturing controls, and the independent assessment of the relevant authority.
