How Everest Nova handles client, organization, project, payment, and dossier information.
Everest Nova collects account, organization, payment-status, project, messaging, and uploaded-document information to provide dossier preparation services.
Client files may include confidential product and manufacturer information. Access should be limited to authorized client users and Everest Nova admin users assigned to the dossier workflow.
Payment card data is processed by Stripe. Everest Nova should not store raw card numbers in this application.
Clients may request account or file deletion subject to legal, contractual, audit, and regulatory-record considerations.
